Insights and Inspirations

As a student of yoga I am dedicated to uncovering more and more ways in which I can celebrate the gift of embodiment. I love to move and be moved.  I am inspired by the intensity of a physical practice and the ability of the mind and heart to soften to the experience of being alive.  I am inspired by many other yogis and many teachers.

In my time on the mat I have studied various styles of Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Vijnana Yoga and also deeply inpspired by teachers of Anusara Yoga.  I have been  a sincere student since 2003 and teaching since 2005.

As a teacher I hope to offer yoga that moves you to a more empowered state of being by working with your edge of active receptivity.
